-Guild Council is rank that can be gived just by guild master Guild Council is guild masters right hand,he is helping him with leading guild.Level does not metter for this rank.

This rank can chat/listhen on guild channel,take 1 stack from Guild vault Tab 1.
This rank can take 2 stacks from Guild Vault Tab 1 and 1 stack from Tab 2.
If you are active on forums you can get this rank,it can take 2 staks from both Guild Vault tabs.
This rank can take 5 staks from both Guild Vault tabs.
This rank can read Officer notes,listhen Officer chat,Set guild message of the day,and take 10 stacks from Guild Vault tab 1 and 5 stacks from Guild Vault tab 2.
This rank can read/talk on Officer channel,Invite new folks,edit public and officer note,take 10 staks from both Guild Vault tabs.
This rank is similar to "officer" just he can promote and set guild message of the day.
